A challenging but effective class suited to all fitness levels: With B/weight training light weights for muscular endurance and short stints of HIIT/Cardio to give you an all over training and get your endorphins racing!

A lasses Intensive course running over four weeks, early mornings working on a lot of strength, endurance, booty lifting and confidence. Personalised meal plans included to suit your goals. This one is pre payment and booking only as very small group!

Training takes place 6.15am to 7am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday giving you that mid week rest day and your weekend to play with £125 per month
