Chaos Fitness Class

A 45 minute class which uses bootcamp style training with weights, HIIT, cardio and partner work to get the best all round workout in 45 minutes. We always work the core, butt and arms and have a nice stretch post workout. Bring a friend along for the Choas bootcamp and feel the burn together.

Early Birds is a class perfect for those wanting to train before they head to the office. Join a group of open minded, inspiring ladies working hard to get those endorphins racing. We use a variety of training styles every session to make sure you get the most from training with KW. All levels welcome as we adapt all exercises to you!

Training takes place 6am to 6.50am Monday, Tuesday (online 6.15am), Thursday & Friday giving you that mid week rest day and your weekend to play. 

- £90 unlimited every x 4 weeks
- £45 2 sessions per week x 4 weeks
- Pay as you go £6 per class

Location of classes is Morgans Power House Bill Quay.
