Training is tailored to your needs, meal plans tailored to your needs as this project is about YOU!

We encourage you, take you through your paces, build your confidence and always work around you. Most sessions are held at Fit4less in Jarrow however we can train outdoors, at your home or where ever you decide.

If you do not want one2one training group sessions are available, classes and your own gym program to so you can train with yourself and a KW program tailored to you!
