TOP 5 TIPS TO SHREDDING BELLY FAT DURING QUARANTINE!

1. GO TO BED EARLY 

WHY? A good night of sleep enables recovery which uses your bodies energy (calories) so get your zzzz's in! 

2. WAKE UP WITH A PLAN 

WHY? This makes you productive and less likely to take a million trips to the fridge!

3. GET OUTSIDE EARLY DOORS 

WHY? Especially if training out doors, obviously burning calories, it sets you up for the day and your mind is clear to make good choices

4. SHOP IN ONLY THE FRESH ISLES 

WHY? Most products in the fresh isles are clean, so if this is all you have in your house then you are less likely to snack on rubbish! And lets face it heading to the stores these days is such a chore so a quick trip for your fav chocolate will be less likely to happen! 

5. WATER WATER WATER!

WHY? 9/10 of the time you are not hungry, just thirsty so... drink up! Plus water is what the body needs to work efficiently, avoid the sodas and you are less likely to crave sweet stuff! 

 

These are all tips that any one can do, nothing too dramatic. Keep it simple and you'll find yourself changing your mind and lifestyle in no time!
